Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service in German to clients of a renowned luxury brand.
• Effectively communicate brand stories and product information to enhance customer engagement.
• Assist customers with inquiries, manage orders, and deliver exceptional after-sales support.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury products and market developments to provide relevant advice to customers.

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• A valid EU passport.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Genuine enthusiasm for luxury brands and a sound understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
