FH Collective Academy is seeking a German-speaking Sales & Onboarding Specialist in Barcelona, hybrid, full-time. You will onboard clients, build trust, drive revenue and manage a portfolio while achieving KPIs in a dynamic, international team.

You should be fluent in German, have strong English, a relevant degree, and 2+ years in sales, BD, account management or digital marketing. Relocation is offered.

Formación

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving are required to assess client needs.
• Experience in sales, business development or digital marketing is preferred.
• German and English language proficiency is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new business clients and help them achieve growth objectives.
• Build long-term relationships by acting as a trusted advisor.
• Drive revenue growth through outbound sales and account expansion.
• Identify new business opportunities and maximize customer success.
• Maintain CRM records and manage a portfolio of accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
