Cross Border Talents is seeking a Google Ads Sales Specialist to onboard advertisers, understand their goals, and develop effective Google Ads strategies. You will manage campaigns, monitor performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI.

You will build lasting client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Onboard newly acquired advertisers and guide them through setup.
• Assess client goals and propose suitable Google Ads solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns.
• Build and maintain client relationships via calls, meetings, and email.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve performance and ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding use of solutions.
• Analyze campaign data to improve KPI performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.
