Ignite, based at the World Trade Center in Barcelona, seeks a strategic Google Ads consultant for the Dutch market. You will manage onboarding, boost product adoption, and drive client retention while identifying expansion opportunities for a growing portfolio.

Lead campaigns with a focus on ROI, collaborate with executives, and use CRM insights to tailor ad solutions. This hybrid role blends analytics, strategy, and regional market testing.

Qualifications

• Advanced Dutch fluency (C1/C2) with business English proficiency.
• Experience in B2B account management, business development, or online advertising strategy driven by CRM systems.
• Solid command of Dutch commercial norms, corporate behavior standards, and GDPR compliance.
• Persuasive communication, strong numerical and analytical skills for marketing indicators, and comfort with web platforms.
• Driven by performance targets, energetic, and adaptable to teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Strategic onboarding: lead new business accounts through integration, align campaigns with long-term objectives.
• Stakeholder outreach: engage with executives to demonstrate campaign returns and suggest ad solutions.
• Campaign optimization: create, test, and adjust Google Ads accounts via bidding, creatives, and targeting.
• Analytics & reporting: analyze performance data and craft data-driven optimization strategies.
• Pipeline management: maintain CRM records, tickets, and track sales progression.
• Regional feedback: share Dutch market insights to refine localized advertising frameworks.
