Ignite is seeking a German-market focused account manager in Barcelona. You will own onboarding and PPC strategy for Google Ads, engaging senior clients via outbound calls to strengthen partnerships and grow revenue.

You’ll manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts, align campaigns with broader funnels, and leverage AI tools to optimize results. The role offers a hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) at a World Trade Center beachfront location in Barcelona, with a base of €26,000

Formación

• Fluent German (C1–C2) and strong English skills.
• Experience managing client accounts autonomously with CRM tools.
• Willingness to conduct proactive phone outreach to executives.
• Comfort using AI tools to automate data insights and personalize interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard clients and develop high-performing Google Ads PPC strategies.
• Maintain proactive outbound outreach to train users and expand business.
• Assess targets to implement tailored, scalable campaign setups with quick results.
• Keep CRM records accurate for all customer touchpoints and portfolio management.
• Analyze performance and provide actionable reports and optimization strategies.
