Ignite. in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Account Manager to drive growth for mid-market clients in the German market. You will manage onboarding, PPC strategy, and outbound engagement while coordinating with cross-functional teams to expand platform usage and reduce churn.

The role combines client relationship building with data-driven optimization and localization efforts for Germany, within a hybrid work model at a beachfront World Trade Center office.

Formación

• Languages: German (C1-C2) and strong Business English are required.
• Self-sufficient client account management experience with CRM tools.
• Outgoing communication to executives and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to automate data analysis and tailor interactions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, commercial awareness and initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new corporate clients and craft high-performing PPC strategies.
• Conduct outbound calls to train account holders and grow revenue.
• Assess targets and deploy scalable campaign structures for quick wins.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable reports.
• Connect Google Ads with broader funnels and test audiences.
• Relay German market feedback to influence product development.
