At SIXT, we’re expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Support Agent SIXT Ride to support our customers across Germany – all while working remotely from anywhere in Spain.

An open ear for our customers – nothing is more important to us. We're always here whenever there are questions, requests, or problems. Whether by phone, email, chat, or social media, in German or English – we’re not satisfied until our customers are. Do you already have experience as a call center agent, customer service representative, or support staff? Great – then jump right in!

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • Together with the support team, you are the interface between customers and chauffeurs.
  • You ensure we meet our high-quality standards and that every customer is safely transported from point A to B.
  • You monitor driver punctuality worldwide using our custom-developed tools and organize alternatives if necessary.
  • You ensure that each booked transfer is assigned to the appropriate driver.
  • You make sure that drivers and customers find each other – whether at a major airport, hotel, trade fair, company, or private residence – even when things get chaotic.
  • You take care of every customer – celebrity or not.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • You are fluent in both German and English , with excellent communication skills.
  • You are passionate about customer service and enjoy providing support and solutions to clients.
  • You bring at least 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing or service-oriented role.
  • You are familiar with MS Office tools and comfortable working with digital systems.
  • You thrive in a remote work environment and are available to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
  • You are proactive, solution-oriented , and always focused on delivering the best possible customer experience.
