WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Representative to assist customers across markets from Porto, Portugal, onsite. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience while adapting to 24/7 rotational shifts and multiple markets.

Requirements include fluent German, C1 English, and outstanding communication, problem-solving, and empathy. Accommodation support and a welcome bonus are part of the package, with details discussed during interview.

Whether you are already living in Portugal or considering relocating from abroad, this role offers the opportunity to join an international team, develop your professional skills, and experience life in Portugal.

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE: Monday to Sunday. 24/7 rotational shifts - 2 rotational days off per week. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €1,500 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
• Accommodation is supported (details are below)
