EcoVadis is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator, German speaker, on a 12-month VIE contract in Barcelona. You will manage operational aspects of EcoVadis programs for DACH clients, coordinate with global account managers, and ensure effective solution implementation across the region.

The role requires fluency in German and English, strong data and Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Formal education in a related field (Supply chain, sustainability, business).
• Excellent communication in German and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong Excel and data-analytic skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and/or contribute to the deployment and account management for the DACH region.
• Manage a mix of customer-facing and internal operational tasks for your regional portfolio.
• Demonstrate and train on the EcoVadis solution; prepare reports and data analyses for clients.
• Foster proactive customer relationships and advocacy within customer organizations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service processes.
