YOUR ROLE
  • First point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing support before, during, and after the booking process
  • Multichannel support via phone and email
  • Sharing knowledge about products and services to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through professional and friendly service
  • Collaborating with the team and handling internal administrative tasks
YOUR SKILLS
  • Full proficiency in German and fluent in English
  • Strong service orientation and genuine passion for customer assistance
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, and service-oriented role
  • Experience with MS Office tools and digital work environments
  • Prepared for remote work with availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday
