You’ll assist German-speaking customers by handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.

Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required – we value strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and a willingness to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided, equipping you with all the tools and knowledge to excel in the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats from German-speaking customers.
• Provide accurate information and guidance regarding products, services, and account details.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction rates.
• Follow established company procedures, quality guidelines, and compliance standards.
