Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines
• Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful material and take necessary actions
• Collaborate with teams to improve moderation strategies and ensure a safe user environment

Requirements

• C2 level of German and advanced English
• Strong affinity for social media, goal-driven and proactive
• Content moderation, customer service, or contact center experience is a plus
• Mandatory : Completed studies (ESO / High School or higher)
• 38.5h / week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week
• Shifts : Morning (08 : 00-16 : 00) or Afternoon (16 : 00-00 : 00)
