Next Job Abroad is seeking a German-speaking customer care advocate to join a brand-new pilot team in Greece. You will assist coffee lovers with premium espresso machines and kitchen gadgets, handling calls, emails and chats. Fully paid training will prepare you for the role, and relocation is supported.

Expect a dynamic, expat-friendly environment where English connects the team. Day shifts with weekend work may apply during the onboarding phase, followed by hybrid options for performance.

Qualifications

• German native or C1 level with English at B2-C1 for training and systems.
• Type at least 25 words per minute.
• Open-minded, communicative and solution-driven personality.
• Willing to join the German pilot team with daytime schedules and weekend shifts.
• Ready to relocate to Greece and embrace expat life.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats in German to assist premium espresso customers.
• Provide after-sales guidance, setup, troubleshooting, order status and refunds.
• Use Salesforce and internal AI tools to manage customer interactions.
• Join a large language team and collaborate in a multilingual environment.
