We are seeking a Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona. This role is designed for individuals who are motivated by client engagement and strategic business development.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and ensuring project goals are met with precision and innovation.

Responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for clients, developing trust-based relationships, and understanding client objectives. The candidate will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts, promoting additional services and innovative solutions.

Candidate Profile :

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and previous experience in business development, account management, or client relations.

Fluent German speaker (C2 level required) and proficient in English (B2 level minimum). Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
