We are currently seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our expanding team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid / onsite role where you will work from our Barcelona office while also having the option to work remotely within Barcelona. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and helping them solve their business challenges with our technology solutions.

Position Overview :
As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, specifically German-speaking companies, to present our technology solutions. You will serve as the first point of contact for new business prospects and work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that opportunities are qualified, nurtured, and transitioned into the sales pipeline.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely within Barcelona and onsite at our Barcelona office, ensuring a perfect work-life balance. Key Responsibilities :
Gather feedback from prospects and clients about their experience with the sales process. Work closely with the team to continuously improve lead qualification processes and overall customer engagement. Participate in training sessions to deepen your understanding of our technology solutions and sales methodologies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve your skills.
Requirements :
Native or near-native German (C2 level) and fluent English (C1 / C2 level), both written and spoken. Ability to engage with German-speaking clients professionally and persuasively.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the tech or SaaS industry. Experience selling to the DACH market is a plus.
