Hiring International Academy in Barcelona, Spain is looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to drive growth in the German market. This on-site, full-time role offers a competitive salary (€24,000–€30,000 gross/year) plus performance bonuses and comprehensive onboarding.

You will identify opportunities, reach out to potential clients, and present digital advertising solutions, while building lasting relationships with decision-makers across an international team.

Formación

• Native or near-native German (C1/C2)
• Good command of English (B2+)
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven mindset with growth focus
• Nice to have: experience in BD/sales/account management

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new opportunities in German market
• Reach prospective clients via phone, email, and digital channels
• Build relationships with decision-makers and assess their needs
• Present digital advertising solutions aligned with client goals
• Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM records
