You will engage buyers via multiple channels and leverage our tech stack to build a high-quality pipeline and collaborate with sales and marketing teams. The role emphasizes proactive prospecting, cross-functional alignment, and a focus on turning innovative ideas into strategic initiatives that support global growth.

Qualifications

• German language native speaker; English fluent.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Energetic team player.
• Basic understanding of technology tools.
• Valid working permit for Spain.

Responsibilities

• Own & drive a specific industry/region to discover net-new opportunities.
• Prospect within target industry/region multi-channel via phone, email, and social media.
• Identify and engage buyers using our tech stack.
• Build a sustainable pipeline with quality opportunities.
• Generate qualified opportunities with propensity to close.
• Collaborate with sales & marketing; align with stakeholders within Infor.
• Lead innovation and translate ideas into initiatives for the organization.
