Alten Delivery Centre Spain in Granada, Andalucía, Spain, seeks a Project Manager (German Speaker) for international automotive projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate ramp-ups, and drive change management while communicating in German and English.

This role involves travel to Germany and collaboration with OEM development teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong leadership, and a background in electrified components within the MEB series.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Fluent German (C1) and English (C1) required.
• Experience with ramp-up, change management, and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with OEM development processes and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate complex automotive projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-domain teams for seamless execution.
• Drive change management and oversee lifecycle processes.
• Manage production planning and ramp-up phases for industrialization.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to stakeholders.
