Formación

German speaker Growth Specialist for Google

The Profile:

• Fluent in German and English (B2 level)
• Certificate of higher education or 2nd-year college with at least one year of experience
• Intermediate spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
• Goal-oriented, able to work autonomously
• Ability to do daily progress reports
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Capable of working under pressure in a busy, collaborative environment
• Organized with solid time management and prioritization skills

Responsibilities:

• Identify sales opportunities and high-quality profiling
• Deliver policy-compliant leads from online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales
• Evaluate company assessment potential using online tools and guidelines
• Increase customer base across EMEA
• Check eligibility prospects for acquisition using tools
• Stay updated on industry news and trends for timely prospecting
• Collaborate with sales team to understand market seasonality and plan lead sourcing
• Deliver leads according to quarterly goals
• Prepare weekly reports and visual analyses
