Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the company's growth. Your responsibilities include:

Lead Generation: Identify, research, and prospect potential clients in German-speaking markets through multiple channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, etc.).

Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify their interest, and assess potential fit with our offerings.

Building Relationships: Establish strong and positive relationships with potential clients, gaining trust through professional communication and follow-ups.

Appointment Setting: Schedule and manage meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the companys CRM system.

Requirements:

Fluency in German (native or near-native level) and English.

Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related role (1-2 years preferred, but ambitious entry-level candidates are also welcome).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills confident in engaging with prospects via phone, email, and video calls.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Goal-oriented, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not essential.

A passion for sales, customer engagement, and developing new business opportunities.
