Description — Location: Barcelona, Spain. Role: German speaking Sales Representative. Salary: Basic €24,310 + up to €4,290 gross / year in performance bonuses. Hours: 39 hrs per week, Mon-Fri. Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into long-term customers and strategically expanding relationships through upselling.
- Manage both inbound and outbound leads, acquiring new advertisers for digital marketing solutions.
- Own and optimize your client portfolio, ensuring their campaigns meet and exceed expectations.
- Work in a target-driven environment, achieving individual and team sales goals.
- Understand customer objectives and align solutions with their marketing and business strategies.
- Develop tailored sales strategies to unlock market opportunities and improve client results.
- Guide small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) through the sales process, ensuring successful onboarding and campaign launches.
Requirements
- BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent German and English.
- Deep understanding of German business culture and practices.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-stakes environments.
- Proven ability to close deals and align solutions with client goals.
- Strong CRM skills with experience managing and optimizing customer relationships.
- Skilled at integrating AI tools into workflows for smarter, personalized outreach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
