Purpose of the role : You will work on inbound and outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads products. You will manage your own client portfolio, optimize campaigns, and ensure customer expectations are met. You will become a specialist advisor for German companies regarding their online advertising campaigns, with a significant impact on their business. This target-driven environment involves working towards individual sales targets and contributing to a larger sales team to expand the customer base across EMEA. You will help create unique customer experiences and influence the German online marketing environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Acquire new customers from provided outbound leads, close deals within the agreed budget, and up-sell potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and objectives, and match Google Ads solutions and marketing strategies.
  • Develop sales strategies to maximize market potential and improve customer sales and profit margins.
  • Actively pursue sales by calling companies within your portfolio.

Requirements :

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native level of German
  • Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales environment
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills; a team player
  • Passionate about sales, technology, and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop
  • Good understanding of the online landscape and ability to work with diverse business models

  • Salary : €24,310 gross / year plus up to €4,290 gross / year in performance bonuses
