As a sales and marketing specialist, you will be in charge of improving and developing campaigns with Google Ads as well as making outbound calls. Therefore, you will need to give advice and have some negotiation skills - but not aggressive sales, it is important that you possess some sales-oriented qualities. Your daily work will include tasks like these:
You speak German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising, sales experience (not mandatory), and outbound calls. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus.
You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.
You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
