The ideal candidate for this role is a native German speaker with experience in full-cycle recruitment and a strong commercial mindset.

While previous business development experience is highly valued, it is not strictly required. If you’re motivated, results-driven, and eager to grow in a sales-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in 360° recruitment; direct responsibility for business development is a plus
  • Previous experience in 360° recruitment focused on Tech / IT profiles is highly valued
  • Native German speaker; advanced English or Spanish skills
  • Strong commercial mindset and passion for sales

Your Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Job postings, active sourcing, interviews, client coordination, offer negotiation, and follow-up
  • Proactive Networking: Use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our proprietary database to identify top specialized talent
  • Strategic Consulting: Advise both clients and candidates to create perfect matches and long-term partnerships
  • Business Development: Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients hand-in-hand with the management team
