The Role
We are looking for a Recruiter with good knowledge of German to join the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team based in Sevilla.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with operations leaders to understand their recruitment needs and required profiles.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sources, such as database searches, social networks, job websites, and personal contacts.
- Conduct initial and technical interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Evaluate and assess candidates to ensure an appropriate cultural and technical fit.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Work closely with the Human Resources team to coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
- Provide regular reports on the status of recruitment processes to leadership teams.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Solid 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in operational environments within the EMEA region.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing methods. Effective interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates’ skills and experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and company leaders. Results‑oriented and capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment regulations and privacy policies in the EMEA region.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking tools and systems (ATS).
