Jobtailor in Spain is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Specialist to onboard clients and build high-performing PPC campaigns. You will perform outbound calls, understand client objectives, and tailor solutions for immediate impact and sustained growth.

Responsibilities include upselling campaigns, maintaining a complete customer database, and handling high daily outreach while collaborating with teammates to meet business goals.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
• 20 months of sales/marketing experience with client-facing roles.
• Able to work independently and meet goals with occasional supervision.
• Familiar with managing customer data and using CRM tools to support business processes.
• Uses AI tools to support daily tasks and improve outreach strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Detect and understand customer objectives and offer adapted solutions.
• Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term performance.
• Upsell campaigns to increase spend.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through calls.
