Shift pattern: Varies between morning & afternoon shifts. Full training provided.
As a French Player Support Advocate, you will be an ambassador for our brand, providing 1st line Technical and Customer support to our clients' customers. You should be calm, technically minded, proactive, and positive. Your goal is to make the customer journey seamless while communicating in English.
