Title: German Player Support Advocate

Location: Anywhere in Spain

Contract: 40 hours a week

Language: French

Shift pattern: Varies between morning & afternoon shifts. Full training provided.

Overview

As a French Player Support Advocate, you will be an ambassador for our brand, providing 1st line Technical and Customer support to our clients' customers. You should be calm, technically minded, proactive, and positive. Your goal is to make the customer journey seamless while communicating in English.

What you’ll be doing
  • Answering customer queries with a focus on first-time resolution, providing responses with attention to detail, care, and professionalism.
  • Responding within response times and prioritizing solutions.
  • Resolving technical issues via live chat, fault finding, and offering solutions. Some communication via telephone may be required.
  • Working within a dynamic team, ensuring excellent customer care.
  • Maintaining high-quality service and collaborating to identify trends in customer queries.
Requirements
  • Near-native fluency in German & English, especially reading & writing.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, capable of working collaboratively in a multilingual team.
  • Logical, methodical, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with gaming consoles or PC gaming.
  • Comfort discussing technical faults/issues related to game consoles/PCs.
  • IT literate with a tech-savvy mindset or background in technical IT support.
  • Private working space and own broadband router.
PC requirements
  • Minimum internet speed of 10 Mb/s.
  • At least 4 GB RAM.
  • Run at least Windows 8 64-bit or recent macOS.
  • i5 processor or better, max 3 years old.
  • 1080p display; external monitors acceptable.
  • Smartphone for two-factor authentication (Android 4.4+/iOS 10.0+).
  • Own webcam, headset, and computer.
