Strada is hiring to support the German payroll function, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery across payroll activities. The role requires fluent German and English and deep knowledge of German payroll processes.

You will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders, contribute to knowledge transfer, and maintain documentation while adapting to an international, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong hands-on experience with German payroll processes.
• Experience in HR outsourcing, shared services, or corporate payroll environments.

Responsibilities

• Independently process German Payroll End-to-End, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage payroll and HR data in line with SLAs and quality standards.
• Support year-end, statutory, and payroll reporting activities.
