Location: Barcelona (Hybrid Model)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday)
Salary: 23,876 gross/year + up to 3,408 gross/year in bonuses

We're looking for a native German speaker with strong communication skills and a passion for digital media to join a fast-growing onboarding team in Barcelona.

Your Day-to-Day:

Guide new clients through the setup and optimization of their first Google Ads campaigns

Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted digital marketing consultant

Identify client goals and tailor strategies to help grow their business online

Work in a fast-paced, phone-based environment, handling a high volume of outreach

Focus on performance: campaign success, upselling, and long-term client engagement

Who You Are:

German C2 level and fluent in English

Experience (12 years) in sales, online advertising, or digital marketing

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working with KPIs

A genuine interest in marketing and helping businesses grow

A team player who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment

A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus
