JobSquad ApS is seeking a junior campaign and marketing specialist to improve and develop campaigns for clients. You will need to advise and negotiate effectively, without aggressive sales tactics, while focusing on sales-oriented results.

Your daily tasks include onboarding customers, developing PPC campaigns, understanding customer needs, and driving upsell and sustainable growth through outbound calls. Fluency in German and English (B2) is required, with a BA/BS in Marketing or related field

The job:

As a junior campaign and marketing specialist, you will be in charge of improving and developing campaigns. Therefore, you will need to give advice and have some negotiation skills - but not aggressive sales; it is important to possess some sales-oriented qualities. Your daily work will include tasks like these:

• Act as a trusted consultant onboarding customers
• Develop PPC campaigns
• Ability to understand customers' needs and goals
• Be responsible for increasing spending, upselling, and sustainability
• Handle a large volume of potential customers daily via phone calls

Your qualifications:

You speak German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising, sales experience (not mandatory), and outbound calls. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is a plus.

You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information. You have experience in and a passion for online display advertising.

You have strong communication and negotiation skills and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
