Key Responsibilities :

• Client & Agency Relationship Management : Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and agency partners, offering tailored strategies that drive business growth.
• Strategic Digital Marketing Consultancy : Provide expert advice and strategic recommendations to clients on optimizing their digital marketing efforts across various platforms, focusing on achieving high ROI and measurable results.
• Target Achievement : Work towards and achieve sales and performance targets, ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Proactive Engagement : Regularly engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email, to offer support, answer queries, and guide them through their digital marketing challenges.
• Industry Expertise : Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, ensuring clients benefit from innovative and effective solutions.

Requirements :

• Educational Background : BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Language Skills : Fluency in German (C2 level) and a high level of proficiency in English.
• Experience : 1-2 years of experience in sales, online advertising, or digital marketing.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge : A strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools, with experience in implementing and optimizing online campaigns.
• Key Skills : Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, with a goal-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
• Passion for Marketing & Technology : Enthusiastic about the digital marketing landscape, technology, and online advertising, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
