Key Responsibilities:

• Client & Agency Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients and agencies, offering customized digital strategies and promoting additional marketing products to enhance their business.
• Strategic Consultancy: Help businesses maximize ROI on their advertising campaigns using Google Ads products such as Google Ads, AdSense, and YouTube.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Contribute to the companys growth by achieving set sales targets and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Proactive Engagement: Maintain proactive communication with customers via phone, video calls, and email, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C2 level) and a high level of English.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising, particularly with Google Ads products (Google Ads, YouTube, AdSense).
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, time management, and relationship-building skills.
• Personality: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, goal-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn and develop in the digital marketing space.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: 30,000 gross/year + up to 5,000 in performance-based bonuses.
