German Junior Digital Marketing Consultant

Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, Spain)
Full-Time Position (Monday to Friday)

Purpose of the role:
As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will work closely with German companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners to offer tailored Google Ads solutions. You will collaborate with a wide variety of clients to drive their digital advertising campaigns to success. This is a target-driven role where you will work towards individual sales goals while contributing to the growth of the client base across EMEA.

What you'll do:
Strategize & Consult: Provide expert advice to businesses and agencies, helping them achieve the best ROI on their advertising spend using Google products.
Upsell & Optimize: Suggest performance-enhancing solutions and promote other Google products to clients.
Engage & Communicate: Proactively connect with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to deliver a top-tier customer experience.
Drive Results: Achieve assigned quotas while ensuring an outstanding customer journey.

What we're looking for:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
️ Native-level German and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
1+ year of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
0-1 years in Sales.
Knowledge of Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube is a plus.
A team player with strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Passion for Marketing, Technology, and Online Advertising with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
