Blu Selection seeks a German-speaking Digital Ads Sales Executive to act as a strategic growth consultant for German advertisers from Barcelona. You will onboard new clients, build high‑performing PPC campaigns from scratch, and demonstrate the ROI of digital ads to drive continued growth.

You will actively outbound to pitch benefits, manage your pipeline in the CRM, and strive to hit monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets in a fast-paced, international environment with sea‑view offices.

Formación

• Must have native-level German (C2) with strong German business culture knowledge.
• Fluent English required to navigate a multicultural hub and training.
• Proven track record in sales, marketing, or customer-centric roles with targets.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing or desire to become Google Ads proficient.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy in Germany is essential.
• Tech-savvy with experience using AI tools to optimize workflow and CRM usage.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard German advertisers and help set up, launch, and optimize first PPC campaigns.
• Drive revenue through outbound calls and pitches to grow platform spend.
• Identify high-potential German businesses and tailor outreach to industry needs.
• Maintain a clean CRM pipeline with accurate customer insights.
• Hit and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Nurture long‑term relationships with business owners and decision‑makers.
