As a German Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in resolving inquiries and issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities and impact as a German Customer Support Agent will be:

  1. Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Resolve inquiries related to products, services, or accounts promptly and professionally.
  3. Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to address technical issues and follow up on open cases.
  5. Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the system.
  6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, services, and tools to provide effective support.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  1. Fluent in German (native level) and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
  2. Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  6. Eligibility to work in Spain.
