About the Role:

We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a renowned hotel chain in Málaga. You’ll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for hotel guests. You’ll work directly with customers over the phone to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel services.

What You’ll Do:
  • Handle incoming customer calls in German, assisting with bookings, inquiries, and support.
  • Provide clear and professional communication to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Handle a variety of customer queries, from booking confirmations to special requests.
What We’re Looking For:
  • German: Native or bilingual level
  • English: Advanced (minimum C1)
  • Ability to work 39 hours/week with alternating weekends
  • A valid NIE, NAF, and a Spanish bank account
What You’ll Get:
  • Fixed monthly salary + bonus
  • Onsite Training: From 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Location: Malaga
  • Contract: Indefinite term, with a 2-month probation period
  • Work Schedule: Flexible hours with alternating weekends
