100% Remote | Computer Provided | Contract: 4 Months (with potential for extension)

Important: This is a 100% remote position, but applicants must reside in Spain due to legal and administrative requirements.

Languages: Native / Bilingual German + Advanced English

Salary: €21,500 per year + €1,500 Sign-On Bonus

What We’re Looking For:

• Native or bilingual German speaker
• Advanced English (B2–C1 level)
• Stable internet connection (equipment provided)
• Customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to understand user needs and provide tailored support
• Team-player attitude, positivity, and a passion for excellence

What We Offer:

• 100% Work-from-home position
• €21,500 per year + Sign-On Bonus

Schedule: 39 hours/week (rotating between Monday–Sunday, including alternate weekends), between 9 AM – 8 PM
