As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will support clients for the German version of E-Bay when sellers and buyers are connecting (for example payment issues, fraud, disagreement about items etc.).
It is a dynamic role that requires adaptability and a customer-oriented mindset to ensure that every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).
Experience in the customer support industry is a plus.
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills (MS Office applications).
Excellent problem-solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations).
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties, and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
