Join Our Team: German Content Moderator | Barcelona

We are hiring a German Content Moderator to join our team in Barcelona. The start date is 28/Apr/2025.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C2) and possess strong English skills
• Passionate about social media and online community safety
• Attention to detail and proactive mindset
• Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centers is a plus
• Completed studies (ESO / High School or higher)

Responsibilities:

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines
• Monitor platforms for inappropriate or harmful content and take appropriate action
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation strategies and maintain a safe online environment

What We Offer:

• 38.5h/week contract (Monday to Sunday) with fixed shifts: Morning (08:00-16:00) or Afternoon (16:00-00:00) + 2 days off/week
