We are looking for a German Content Moderator to join our dynamic team and help maintain the integrity of a major online platform. Whether you're experienced or just starting your professional journey, this full-time or part-time role offers you the chance to thrive in a multicultural and supportive environment!

What You'll Do:

1. Content Moderation: Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, and videos) to ensure it aligns with platform policies and community guidelines.
2. Policy Enforcement: Identify and escalate sensitive issues to specialized teams when necessary.
3. Quality Focus: Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
4. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on platform updates, moderation trends, and evolving guidelines.

Work Schedule Options:

Full-time (39h/week): Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) from Monday to Sunday, including 2 weekends per month (days off may be split during the week).

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in German: Native or near-native German proficiency is essential.
• Proficient in English: B2+ level English for internal communication.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive content carefully and maintain focus during shifts.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working on a rotational schedule, including weekends.
• No Experience Needed: Full training will be provided!
