As part of the German Content Production Department, your main responsibilities include:

• Collaborating closely with clients in German-speaking markets and multinational internal teams.
• Performing quality control of German content across various styles, terminologies, and formats.
• Creating editorial briefs and glossaries.
• Ensuring content aligns with the client's style, tone of voice, and brand image.
• Managing budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring project profitability.
• Recruiting and training copywriters, translators, post-editors, and proofreaders.

Desired profile:

• Secondary and higher education in Germany or Austria.
• Mandatory working languages: German (native level), English, and French.
• Background in linguistic project management, journalism, or translation.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Appreciation for a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
• Solid work ethic, team-oriented, committed to completing challenging projects.
• Interpersonal skills, adaptability, multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with Office tools, interest in new technologies, tech-savvy.
• Experience with Trados Studio is a plus.

Conditions:

• Position based in Barcelona, Spain.
