As part of the German Content Production Department, your main responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborating closely with clients in German-speaking markets and internal multinational teams.
  • Ensuring quality control of German content across various styles, terminologies, and formats.
  • Creating editorial briefs and glossaries.
  • Maintaining content style, tone, and brand consistency per client specifications.
  • Managing budgets, negotiating deadlines, and ensuring project profitability.
  • Recruiting and training copywriters, translators, post-editors, and proofreaders.

Desired Profile

  • Secondary and higher education in Germany or Austria.
  • Mandatory languages: German (native speaker level required), English, and French.
  • Background in linguistic project management, journalism, or translation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Appreciation for a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
  • Solid work ethic, team player, committed to completing challenging projects.
  • Interpersonal skills, adaptability, multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Office tools, interest in new technologies, tech-savvy.
  • Experience with Trados Studio is a plus.

Conditions

  • Position based in Barcelona, Spain.
  • Hybrid onsite-telework model.
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week.
  • Salary based on experience.
  • 23 days of paid annual leave.
