Responsibilities :
- Providing customer support for the German and Spanish market through different channels : phone, email and chat.
- Handling complaints, reservations, cancellations for the flight tickets and holiday bookings.
- Meet the internal KPIs related to customer satisfaction.
- Solving problems with customers.
- Work with internal deadlines and efficiently within the team.
Requirements
- Salary up to €1463 gross / month (language allowance included for 38-hour workweek).
- Possibility to choose between 25, 30, 35 or 38 hour / s shifts.
- Work from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off a week and working alternate weekends.
- Shifts can be in the morning, afternoon or evening.
- 3-month contract with possibilities of continuity for your job stability.
- Training in person (from Monday to Friday) for 4 weeks from 8 am to 3 pm, starting on 03 / 04 / 2025. Training prior to the contract and a stipend of €15 gross per day, which is received once the first month of the contract has passed.
- Onsite position at the hub in Los Remedios (Seville), with the possibility of remote work once the learning curve has been overcome.
- We help you with transportation and accommodation for the first few months if you live in another city.
