About the role

Purpose of the role

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role is to identify and implement suitable advertising solutions through active collaboration with German companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners. You will work with a diverse range of advertisers to deliver optimal digital advertising solutions tailored to each customer.

This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets as part of a larger sales team, expanding the client customer base across EMEA. You will contribute to creating unique customer experiences and influencing the German online marketing landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Implement innovative strategies to enhance client companies and agency relationships, including performance suggestions, upselling, and promoting other Google products.
  • Provide strategic advice to help businesses and agencies maximize ROI on advertising investments through a consultative approach.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas while maintaining excellent customer experience.
  • Proactively communicate with customers via phone, video conference, and email.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Strong German language skills at C1 level.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, especially in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • 0-1 years of sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  • Team player with leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Full-time position (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).
  • Permanent contract.
  • This is a hybrid working model based in Barcelona.
