Job Responsibilities

1. Invoice processing, including ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
2. Preparation and execution of payment runs.
3. Credit card management.
4. Support in-month and year-end close activities.
5. Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house work experience (or equivalent) in accounting.
• Fluent German (B2-C2).
• Proficiency in accounting software (DATEV / Microsoft F&O).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
