• 3+ years of in-house accounting experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Invoice processing, including ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
2. Preparation and execution of payment runs.
3. Account reconciliation.
4. Credit card management.
5. Support in-month and year-end close activities.
6. Contribute to automation and optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of in-house experience (or equivalent) in accounting.
2. Fluent German (B2-C2).
3. B2 English proficiency.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (DATEV / Microsoft F&O).
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
