Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production processes, ISO quality management systems, and safety regulations.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets and P&Ls for a manufacturing facility.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in León.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality management systems (e.g., ISO), and safety regulations.
