Responsibilities

Responsabilidades Clave

• Execute purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies based on production planning and demand forecasts.
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring quality, price, and delivery reliability.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing and terms.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for inbound and outbound transportation of goods.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production deadlines.

Requisitos

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics coordination.
• Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles and supply chain operations.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
