Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Director of Process Transformation Projects to drive large-scale process improvements across the organization from León, Guanajuato. • 8–10 years of progressive experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or project management, with a focus on transformation.
• Proven success in leading complex cross-functional process improvement projects with significant business impact.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and change management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic design and implementation of large-scale process transformation projects across the organization.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, objective setting, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to identify and address inefficiencies.
• Manage project teams, including process engineers, analysts, and subject matter experts, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with departmental heads and stakeholders to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and systems to support process enhancements.
• Measure and monitor the impact of process changes on KPIs.
• Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption and integration of new processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.

• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), and change management methodologies.

• Experience with process mapping tools and project management software.
