FUNCTIONS- Identify market opportunities and analyze the private sector market.
- Develop commercial activities to generate projects and secure contracts with industrial clients and suppliers.
- Build and maintain relationships, and manage agreements with strategic partners, suppliers, and clients in the private sector.
- Collaborate with external advisors and colleagues from technical, operations, financial, and legal areas.
- Support in the analysis of new projects: origination and structuring.
- Prepare business plans and feasibility studies to evaluate project profitability and viability.
- Conduct strategic-financial analysis of main markets, activities, and competitors, contributing to periodic reports.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the organization's Strategic Plan.
- Represent the company at working groups, events, and conferences.
REQUIREMENTS- Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mining Engineering.
- Valuable: Master's or Postgraduate degree in management/business development and energy-related training.
- Experience: At least 3 years in business development roles focused on energy savings and efficiency projects in industrial and tertiary sectors within energy companies. Experience in energy services companies and business development consulting is a plus.
- Technical knowledge: Understanding of the industrial sector (installations and basic processes), business models in energy efficiency (energy services, PPA, Energy as a Service, etc.), negotiation techniques, sales techniques, and strategic business development planning.
- Valuable technical knowledge: Legal and regulatory framework related to energy efficiency and energy marketing.
- Advanced English proficiency.
